PECB Store Payment Process

PECB Store payment process will be outsourced to a third party (payment gateway), which will enable several payment methods including credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, etc. All payments made through the PECB Store will be sent directly to the PECB Store account, and not to resellers or affiliates. Once a payment is completed, the purchased item will be sent to the client.

PECB Store payment gateway will enable clients to save their credit card details on their Member Account, and use these details for all next purchases.

To make a payment through the PECB Store, the applicant (vendor/affiliate/client) must be registered on the PECB store with a member/client account.

Withdrawal Process

Once a vendor or affiliates collects commissions, they will be interested to cash out earnings. In order to do so, vendors and affiliates will need to select a default withdrawal method.

The default withdrawal method will be the initial card/payment method linked to our store. The PECB Store will provide more than one withdrawal method, which can be changed by selecting other withdrawal options.

These options can be:

  • PayPal,
  • Credit Card,
  • Any other method

When changing the withdrawal method, the newly selected method will be automatically used to receive payments.

In order to withdraw the funds, vendors/affiliates need to submit a withdrawal request.

The withdrawal request can be done once a month if the amount is higher than 100 USD.

A withdrawal request can be done in three ways:

  • All earnings
  • Single fixed amount request (for example: USD 100 out of USD 350)
  • Automated Monthly Earnings (vendor/affiliate sets a date to automatically initiate a withdrawal request for all earnings)

Once the vendor/affiliate initiates the withdrawal request, a notification email will be sent to the PECB Accounting Department. The PECB Accounting Department will then process the request from the payment gateway dashboard.

Payment gateway will allow us to webhook events to notify vendor/affiliate when a successful withdrawal is completed.

The earnings will be shown on the vendor/affiliate bank account balance as soon as the transaction was processed from PECB Accounting Department. Please note that this may take few extra days depending on the bank the vendor/affiliate uses.

PECB Store could delay, reject, or suspend a transaction for any Payment Account for reasons such as: if we suspect financial or security risk, fraudulent, unlawfulness, violation of the terms of the vendor/affiliate agreement and chargebacks.
