How to Register ?

To apply for becoming a PECB Vendor, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Become a Vendor link.
  2. Fill in the Create a New Account form.
  3. After submitting the registration form, your application will be reviewed and you will receive a response back via email after 5 days with the decision if your application has been approved or rejected.

Note: In case your application is rejected, the notification email will also provide the rejection reason for you to consider before reapplying.

Withdrawal Process

To cash out your earnings as a PECB Vendor, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store Vendor account.
  2. At the right sidebar menu, click the PAYOUTS option.
  3. Next, you will be redirected to the Withdrawal page.
  4. Input the amount you are requesting to withdraw.
  5. Select your Withdraw method.
  6. Click the Request Payout button.

The withdrawn amount will be deducted from your total earnings balance. 

Note: There is a threshold amount of 100 USD that should be reached before you can submit the request to withdraw.

To review and monitor your Vendor account sales, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your Vendor account.
  2. Click the SALES option in the right sidebar menu.
  3. Use the Date and Category filters to filter the sales based on a specific date and/or product.

Payment Methods

Currently, the only payment method supported by the PECB Store is Paypal. Soon additional payment methods will be added to the store.

Supporting Buyers

PECB Store customers can contact PECB Vendors through the Store. The messaging is made possible for end clients after they open a listing, as associated with every product/listing there is a Vendor profile as well.

To review the messages submitted by the end-clients, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your Vendor account.
  2. At the left sidebar, click the CUSTOMER MESSAGES option.
  3. The list of both read and unread messages will open for you to review.
  4. To reply to a message, simply click above the message to display the Reply button.

PECB Store highly encourages Vendors to reply to customer messages as soon as possible. Responding to the customer's inquiries will help them collect and understand the details they need before making the decision to purchase a product.

Products listed at the PECB Store can be reviewed and commented by PECB Store customers. The comments are made visible to the PECB Store Vendors listing the products.

As a Vendor, to review the comments made by the PECB Store customers for your listed products, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store Vendor account.
  2. Click the COMMENTS option at the right sidebar menu.
  3. At the Comments webpage read through the comments made by PECB Store customers for your listed products.

PECB Store highly encourages its Vendors to review and consider the comments made by the customers when planing to improve their products.

PECB Store Vendors can offer discounts for their PECB Store listed products. This can be done by creating promotional coupon codes.

To add a product discount, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Vendor account.
  2. Click the DISCOUNTS option at the right sidebar menu.
  3. The Discounts page will list your current discounts.
  4. To add a new discount, click the Add New button.
  5. At the Add Discount form, provide the: Code, Discount title, Customer categories, product(s), discount applicability, minimum and maximum quantity, discount validity period, discount type, the maximum number of users.
  6. Let PECB Store know if you would like to publish the discount on the PECB Store Deals webpage.
  7. Mark the Super Deal checkbox.
  8. Click the Save Discount button.

 

Using the Vendor account

You can update your Vendor profile to add details and promote your account to gain visibility and promote your products.

To update your Vendor profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your Vendor account.
  2. At the left side-bar menu, click the Vendor Profile option.
  3. Update your profile details and click the Update Profile button.

PECB Store customers are interested to know as much as possible about the PECB Vendor offering the product. Therefore, creating and maintaining your Vendor profile will help the customers learn more about you and your offers.

Using your activated PECB Store Vendor account, you can list your products using your Vendor Dashboard.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Vendor account.
  2. Click the PRODUCTS option at the left sidebar menu.
  3. Click the Add Product button at the upper left corner of the webpage.
  4. Read through the guidelines to successfully add the product.
  5. Select the product type.
  6. Select the product category.
  7. Take the decision to add the product to the PECB Store affiliate program or not.
  8. Click the Next button, to proceed to the next step.
  9. Provide the details (general, description, SEO configuration, price, quantity, and image(s)).
  10. Click the Submit button to have the PECB Store review your submission before listing it in the store.

To Edit or Delete a product, us the far-right column of the products list to find the edit and delete actions.

Vendors operating within the PECB Store can benefit out of the feature PECB has developed to allow end-clients to follow their favorite vendors, and get notified when a new product has been listed by a followed vendor.

To find the followers of your Vendor account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your Vendor account.
  2. At the left sidebar, click the DASHBOARD option.
  3. Among six different parameters, the last one named Total Followers will provide you with the number of PECB Store Vendor account followers.
  4. To view the followers, please click on the Total Followers module.

 

The Vendor Dashboard provides an overview of the number of product sales, total products, earnings, the total number of messages (both read and unread), product comments, and the number of followers.

To open your PECB Vendor Dashboard overview, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your Vendor account.
  2. At the left sidebar, click the DASHBOARD option.

 

PECB Store Vendors can freely select the notifications they would like to continue receiving, and which ones should be deactivated. The notifications can be optimized on both Email and System formats.

To navigate to the notifications control panel, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Vendor account.
  2. At the right sidebar menu, click the VENDOR PROFILE option.
  3. Under the profile page, click the Notifications tab.
  4. At the System notification, and Email notification columns define weather a notification should remain active or inactive using the switch buttons.
  5. After you finish updating the notifications lists, click the Save button to save your settings.
