Downloading and Purchases

Customers who need to make multiple purchases, or need time before deciding to make a purchase, can make use of the PECB Store Add to Cart feature.

To use the Add to Cart feature, please follow the steps below:

  1. Find the product you are interested to purchase. 
  2. Click the Add to Cart button.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, you will see the confirmation that the product has been added to the cart successfully.
  4. To add another product, simply navigate to the product and click the Add to Cart button.

As you continue adding products to your cart, at the upper-right corner of the PECB Store portal, by the cart/bag icon, the total cost of the products will be visible at all times.

After you no longer need to add other products to the cart and have decided to make the purchase, please click the bag icon at the upper-right corner of the page. You will then be directed to the list of products you have added to your cart and provided with the Proceed to Checkout button, which you can use to place your order.

Should you need to update your cart before placing your order, simply use the list columns to remove a product, or change the quantity. After you finish updating the card, the total amount will be automatically recalculated for you to see the new total amount before proceeding to place your order.

 

The PECB Store Vendor account can also be used to purchase in the PECB Store. To find and download the list of purchased products in your Vendor account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store Vendor account.
  2. Click the My account link at the top right corner.
  3. At the second right sidebar menu of your account, click the MY PURCHASES option.
  4. Filter the list of your purchased products by Category and Price
  5. Use the Download button to download the product on your computer.

To purchase an online PECB Store course, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Click the Online Courses option on the main menu.
  3. Use the Online Courses page filters to search for the online course you are interested in.
  4. Click on the Online Course thumbnail for more details.
  5. Read through the Online Course Abstract, General Product Information, and Reviews.
  6. After deciding to purchase the course, provide the quantity and click the Add to Cart button.
  7. Next, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
  8. If you have a valid promotional code, input the code at the Promotional Code field, and click the Apply Code button.
  9. To place your order, click the Proceed to Checkout button.

To purchase a Standard from the PECB Store, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in at your PECB Store account.
  2. Click the Standards option on the main menu.
  3. Click on the thumbnail of the Standard you are interested to purchase and select the language.
  4. Click the Add to Cart button.
  5. Go to your Cart to Update it, or click the Proceed to Checkout button. 
  6. Add you Billing Adress if you haven't already. 
  7. Select the payment method and fill out the requested information. 
  8. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy and click the Proceed with a Payment button.

To review a PECB Store product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Click on the thumbnail of the product you would like to add your review.
  3. At the bottom section of the product listing, click the Reviews tab.
  4. Next, click the Add review button.
  5. After clicking the button, the Review this item window will pop up.
  6. Use the window to rate the product using the start rating format, add your review summary, and review comment.
  7. Click the Send button to submit your review.

Note: Your review will be publicly visible and the product vendor may reply to your comments.

To receive the product, you must follow the steps below:

1. Open or create an account on the PECB Store by clicking here.
Note: If you already have a PECB user account, you do not need to register a new account on the PECB Store, you can use the same credentials to log in.

2. On the PECB Store homepage search the name of the product that is offered for free, for example, “Pandemic Preparedness and Response Introduction”.

3. Click on the product and click the “Add to Cart” button on the product. 

4. Go to your cart.

5. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

6. Choose the “PayPal” payment method.
Note: You will not have to give out any of your PayPal information for this case.

7. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Refund Policy. 

8. Click the “Proceed with Payment” button.

9. The product you have purchased has now been assigned to you on the KATE application.

Information

Customers interested in purchasing an online course offered through PECB Store can find additional details about the Vendor before deciding to make the purchase by following the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Click the Online Courses option on the main menu.
  3. Select the online course you are interested in.
  4. After the listing is opened, click the View profile button in the upper-right corner of the web page.

To buy a gift card which you can share with someone to use it in the PECB Store, please follow the steps below:

  1. Scroll down to the footer section menu.
  2. Click the PECB Gift Cards link.
  3. Select the Gift Card amount.
  4. Provide the Gift Card recipient email address.
  5. Provide your name.
  6. Provide a message for the recipient to receive (providing a message is optional).
  7. Provide the quantity of Gift Cards.
  8. Provide the date you want the Gift Card to be delivered.
  9. Proceed to place the order by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

If after purchasing a product in the PECB Store, you need to submit a refund request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at the account used to make the purchase.
  2. At the left sidebar menu, click the MY PURCHASES option.
  3. At the list of your product purchases, by the product you are willing to submit the refund request, click the View Order link.
  4. At the View Order page, at the right side of the order details, click the Request Refund button.
  5. Next, you will be required to provide a refund reason.
  6. After providing the reason, click the Submit button to submit the request.

After you have submitted your refund request, you can view the status of your request(s) by clicking the REFUND REQUESTS option at the right sidebar menu.

 

Daily deals are made available in the PECB Store, and can always be found by using this link.

PECB Store products are available for sale to customers with an active PECB Store account. Opening a PECB Store account is free of charge, and the registration process is straight forward.

  1. Open store.pecb.com.
  2. At the top right corner, click the My account option.
  3. At the drop-down menu, click the Register option.
  4. Fill in the account registration form.
  5. Click the Create Account button to send the activation link at the email address linked to the account.
  6. A message stating that: Account Was Created Successfully. An Email Was Sent To You For Account Verification! will pop up.
  7. Open your email account to verify your PECB Store account.

With your account verified, You may now enjoy shopping at the PECB Store!

Note: If you already have an active PECB account, the same you can use to log in at the PECB Store as well. 

PECB Store Vendors can be contacted through the messaging feature within the PECB Store.

To contact a PECB Vendor, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Find the product Vendor you are interested to contact.
  3. Open the product listing.
  4. By the Vendor name, click the View profile button.
  5. On the right side of the page, use the Email This Vendor form to email your message.

PECB Store Vendors can be followed. To follow a Vendor, and receive updated upon the release/update of a PECB Store product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Find the product Vendor you are interested to contact.
  3. Open the product listing.
  4. By the Vendor name, click the View profile button.
  5. At the top right corner, click the Follow button.

To find the complete list of Vendors you are following, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. At the right sidebar menu, click the FOLLOWING option.
  3. If you need to unfollow a specific vendor, click the Unfollow button at the right side by the Vendor profile.

 

To add a product at your Wishlist, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Find the product you are interested to add to your Wishlist.
  3. At the bottom section of the product thumbnail, click the Wishlist icon.
  4. After clicking on the icon, the following message should appear: Item Successfully Added To Wishlist.

To view your Wishlist, please click on the WISHLIST option at the right sidebar menu of your PECB Store account.

 

PECB Store products can be compared with one another as long as the product category is the same. The comparing feature can be used to help you learn more about the product benefits and decide on which product you would like to purchase.

To compare two PECB Store products, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Find the product you would like to add to the comparisons table and click the Compare icon.
  3. Next, in the comparisons table, select the other product of the same category you would like to run the comparisons with.
  4. After you select the other product, the comparisons table will be populated with the product details for you to review.

 

Support

Customers in need of support can contact the PECB Store customer care through various channels. One of the main support channels is the PECB Store Live Chat line.

To initiate a support inquiry using the Live Chat feature, please use the steps below:

  1. Open the PECB Store webpage you are experiencing a problem with.
  2. At the lower-right corner of the webpage, click on the Live Chat tab to open the instant messaging window.
  3. Provide your name, email address, and your questions.
  4. Click the Start chat button, and the next available support agent will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Note: PECB Store support team is available Monday to Friday, from 08-30 to 23:00 CEST. At times when the Live Chat support channel is not available, please use the offline mode to deliver your inquiry and the support team will get back to you via email within the next 24 hours.

The PECB Store support team is available Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 23:00 CEST. During international public holidays, the support team is available from 12:30 to 20:00 CEST.

Support inquiries can also be submitted using the PECB Store ticketing system. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. At the right sidebar menu, click the Tickets option.
  3. Fill in the ticket form to submit your support inquiry.

Depending on the support inquiry, the PECB customer support team is committed to handling support inquiries submitted through the ticketing system within the next 24 to 72 hours.

 To purchase a product listed in the PECB Store, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login at your PECB Store account.
  2. Go to the Products tab.
  3. Click on the specific item you are interested to purchase and click the Add to Cart button.
  4. Go to your Cart to Update it, or click the Proceed to Checkout button. 
  5. Add your Billing Address if you haven't already. 
  6. Select the payment method and fill out the requested information. 
  7. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy and click the Proceed with a Payment button.
